Community Conduct Policy and Guidelines
The Scrub Ninjas®, Academy Level Up™, Soul to Soul Sisterhood®, Meyers Integrated Medical Education™, and all affiliated communities operated by EDTECH EDU LLC® are intended to provide respectful, educational, inclusive, and supportive learning environments.
By participating in our memberships, discussion spaces, courses, live sessions, private groups, forums, social communities, or digital platforms, users agree to engage in ways that support the safety, dignity, and well-being of others.
We value thoughtful dialogue, diverse perspectives, compassionate communication, and professional integrity.
The following behaviors are prohibited within our communities and platforms:
- Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or abusive conduct
- Hate speech, discrimination, or targeted attacks based on identity, background, religion, gender, disability, culture, nationality, or personal beliefs
- Threatening, violent, sexually explicit, or harmful content
- Trolling, inflammatory behavior, or intentional disruption of community spaces
- Sharing false, misleading, dangerous, or intentionally harmful medical, clinical, educational, or health-related information
- Unauthorized advertising, solicitation, spam, or promotional activity
- Impersonation of educators, healthcare professionals, moderators, staff members, or other users
- Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, recording, redistribution, or resale of copyrighted educational materials, membership content, question banks, videos, downloads, or proprietary learning systems
- Sharing another user’s personal, academic, financial, or health information without consent
- Attempting to bypass platform security, licensing restrictions, or account protections
Users are expected to maintain respectful and professional communication within all educational and community environments.
Our educational communities may include discussions related to:
- academic stress
- healthcare education
- emotional well-being
- nervous system support
- women’s wellness
- professional development
- personal growth
These conversations should be approached with care, maturity, and respect for individual experiences.
EDTECH EDU LLC® reserves the right to:
- moderate discussions
- remove content
- restrict participation
- suspend accounts
- terminate memberships or platform access
for violations of this policy or behavior deemed harmful to the community environment.
Removal from a community or platform due to policy violations may result in no refund.
We encourage all members to contribute to a learning culture rooted in curiosity, accountability, compassion, professionalism, and mutual respect.
